My background is nearing 4 decades in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) business industry. During this period, I acquired numerous in-house courses and qualifications which have provided me with a broad base skill set. This has enabled me to have had the pleasure of working, coaching and mentoring a wide range of people. My aim Is to aid the development of individuals by helping them reach their potential personally and professionally. I am very ambitious and driven and thrive on challenges, setting achievable and ambitious goals for myself which I have always encouraged from anyone that I have ever managed and worked with.
